Our 1-on-1 training sessions are built around you — your goals, your strengths, and the areas you want to improve. Whether you're looking to tighten up your handle, improve your shot, get quicker on defence, or just gain more confidence on the court, we’ll create a plan that fits your game.
Our group sessions are all about helping players grow their game in a focused, competitive, and team-oriented setting. We work on the essentials — ball handling, shooting, footwork, defence, and decision-making — through drills that translate directly to game situations. Players get a mix of skill development, conditioning, and live play in every session. Offered for groups of 2-10 athletes.
